1. Who we are

LuckyUSA is operated by LuckyUSA Gaming LLC. By creating an account or using LuckyUSA you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher).
• You must be physically located in a region where LuckyUSA is offered. Using a VPN or proxy to hide your location is not allowed.
• One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be closed and their balances withheld pending review.

3. Your account

Keep your password private and use a unique one. Only one device may be signed in at a time. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Deposits and payouts

• Deposits are processed by our payment partner on its own secure page. We never see or store your full card number.
• Payouts are sent to the Cash App or Chime account you provide. Fees and limits are shown before you confirm. A withdrawal can be cancelled for a few minutes after you request it; after that it is in processing.
• We may verify your identity before paying out and may hold funds connected to fraud, chargebacks or abuse.

5. Partner platforms

Games on partner platforms are operated by those platforms under their own rules. Loading or redeeming moves value between your LuckyUSA wallet and your partner account.

6. Promotions

Bonuses, the daily wheel and referral rewards are subject to the conditions shown with each offer and may be changed or withdrawn. Abuse of promotions (including self-referrals) voids the reward.

7. Responsible play

Play for fun and within your means. Contact support to set limits or to close your account.

8. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Where funds are legitimately yours, we will return them after any required review.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
